FAIRMOUNT PARK (WPVI) — Young students were awarded hard-earned scholarships for college.
The Community Council Education Services gave deserving students scholarships that range from $1,000 to $20,000 dollars.
The group helps high school seniors from the city of Philadelphia who have been accepted to a 2 or 4 year college or university.
The students are rewarded for their hard work with money to help them fulfill their dreams.
